TriWest/VA follow up

Description

Follow up sessions will be specific to our plan and on the previous session results. Because each situation is unique and the duration of pain(chronic) is varied to each individual experience, 3 sessions are recommended to determine if we are getting an effective and lasting outcome. Then we will re-assess and modify our plan if needed.
